The White Mountain/ Green Mountain Effect is a concept from Air-sea coupling shapes North American hydroclimate response to ice sheets during the Last Glacial Maximum . Using an abstract representation of North America during the last Ice Age, people can move and manipulate blocks and notice how the weather patterns change based on Albedo and Landform arrangements.

I was in charge of 3D modeling and printing the blocks to represent the ice sheet or the mountain. Using a kinect webcam as a depth sensor the blocks needed to be distinguishable for the camera and intuitive for the visitor.
